Location. The Best Western King Charles Inn is centrally located in Charleston, S.C. The hotel is on Meeting Street in the historic district of Charleston across the street from a trolley stop. Attractions within one half mile of the hotel include the Aquarium, Fort Sumter boat tour, Old Market and the Gibbes Museum of Art. Hotel Features. The hotel serves a daily hot breakfast buffet that includes biscuits, gravy, grits, cereal, fruit, juice, yogurt, pastries and breakfast meats (surcharge). A complimentary 18 hour coffee and tea bar is available every day, along with room service during limited hours. The evening manager's reception serves wine, cheese, pastries and sweet tea. Meeting facilities, business services and complimentary wireless Internet access are available for social functions and conferences.
